It keeps updating my Dashboard every three to five seconds, so I can never do anything without being pulled back to that blasted page... I guess that's what I deserve for following about 15 people, but still. .3.

Not to mention that I have absolutely no idea how to navigate it. How do you message people or keep up a decent conversation? It's a foreign land to me.
