No, no, no. Foster parents aren't aloud to hit you. If they do something to you you have to called child services to get a new foster home. They could go to jail for it, too. My real life best friend lives in a foster home and even though she's kinda bad sometimes, they're forced to be nice. So they tend to be nice unless they want to get in big trouble.
