"Thanks." Phil said, as they followed her.
-
"Yeah, thank you," Dan chimed in as she lead them to the back. They reached a small spiraling staircase. Dan glanced up at her, confused. "Rooftop seating? I didn't know you had that here."
Sylvie just nodded. "It's new. I thought you two would like the privacy associated with it." She winked, giggling. Oh god, there it was... She knew. This caused Dan's face to gain a subtle pinkish hue. "Come along then, you two." -
Phil blushed slightly. "T-Thanks."
-
Dan smiled shyly before following Sylvie up the steep steps. They soon reached a door which led out onto the rooftop. The view was spectacular.
-
Phil gasped at the amazing view.
-
"The view... It's absolutely splendid," Dan gushed, his eyes wide.
Sylvie nodded and placed their menus on one of the six tables. "Could I start the two of you off with anything to drink?" Dan still stood a few feet back, infatuated by the surrounding scene. -
Phil pulled Dan towards to table, and he sat down himself. "Water for me." He said to Sylvie.
-
Dan blinked, coming back from his fantasies. "Could I have a water as well, please?"
Sylvie nodded. "I'll be back with those shortly." She walked back to the door and exited the rooftop, leaving the two young men alone. -
Phil tore his eyes away from the beautiful scenery, and looked at Dan.
-
He scanned over the menu briefly before glancing up at Phil. A grin crawled across his lips as their eyes met.
-
Phil blushed a bit and looked away.
-
Dan kept his eyes locked on Phil. "You know, the view's gorgeous from here," he barely whispered.
-
Phil looked back at Dan. "Yes, yes it is.."
-
Dan tilted his head a bit, his smile widening. "I wasn't referring to the streets, Phil."
-
Phil blushed a little more and smiled shyly. "I know."
