I would understand all of it if I could hear it. I can't read phonetic Chinese.

I learnt how to read Chinese in Language class last term, but I can only understand a little bit of that sentence.
About changing you back to a woman... I don't know. You can get plastic surgery for one thing, so you look like a woman. No one will really know the difference anyway, unless you have sex. -
I think this might be a different dialect, I don't speak Chinese 'Chinese'
I recognize parts of the sentence, but I don't recognize the word 'woman' in any of these.
