A sharp noise invaded my calm conscious as I laid on the damp, cemented floor. Everything was pitch black, everything was cold and soggy, like cereal gets when it's left in milk too long.
I rose my head, which was throbbing continuously and felt like someone shot my brains out. I cringed at the pain, groaning, tears coating my cheeks.
I looked around, 'Where am I? How did I get here?', I thought with fear. Everything was such a mystery, it was making me sick. I shivered as a drop of water landed on my bare body. I only had rags as clothes, rags that only covered my breasts and my other privates below. They were very damp, goosebumps appeared on my olive skin immediately.
'What do these people want?' I thought, tears continuing to flow down my cheeks. But I knew what they wanted.
They wanted me dead.
That might be the beginning of my new series -

I like it, but just an idea? If she's been wet for a while I'd say put something like, "I shivered, now noticing the goosebumps. . ." Just a suggestion, sorry I can't see something without some sort of suggestion. 3: But other than that good. ^-^
