I stood in the center of town watching people arrive.
I headed out the door to the center of town. -
I ran out my front door, and I had a feeling I would be late if I didn't rush. I continued to run until I made it to the center of town, with ten minutes to spare.

"Welcome contestants!"

I stood there listening to the guy talking up front.

"For the next few weeks youll be playing for your lives!"
"Our lives!?" -
I looked around, shocked by what I had heard. "Did he just say our lives?" I asked myself.

"Yes most of you will die." I whiper to a gaurd: "Contain them." -
(*rolls eyes* Stupid dares..)
I started to back up, trying to get out of whatever I had gotten myself into. I had done some pretty stupid things, but this was by far one of the stupidest. -

"Let the games begin!" The gaurds tranquilized everyone. -
(I would have, but im in a relatively good mood right now, so i decided not. just make sure not to do that on a bad day)
I blacked out after I was tranquilized, along with everyone else I could see around me. -

We were loaded into a chopper and flown somewhere. -

I was half-concious most of the time. I could tell they were moving us, and that I was in a plane or heli or something, but I couldn't see anything or say anything. -
When I woke up i was in a bed in some room. I sat up and saw a girl in a bed next to mine. (you)

As I woke up, I sat up, trying to take in my surroundings. There were beds with people on them all around, and there was another boy next to me who was awake. "Where are we?" I asked him, for some reason thinking he would know.
