I probably destroyed my chances of moving on by getting into that fight, but I'm still going to submit something.
*Clears throat* I am submitting an excerpt from a book I am currently writting. It's very sentimental to me, so please don't laugh.
I held the knife to my neck, thinking I'm really desperate enough to do this. I always believed that all this happened for a reason, that justice would one day be served! I was so wrong. So I now tell the pathetic story of my life. I could just say it in one sentence, and for you who don't wish to read this entire book, I shall.

My name is Liam Emmerson, I'm 15 years old, and I'm openly gay. I wasn't always this way though. It took a long way to get to where I am now. There's not only being homosexual that's caused issues though. I guess this whole "Liam's a homo" thing started the beggining of this school year, the start of freshman year. But if I were to take you to where it all started. . . let's just start at the beggining of this year, shall we?
