As soon as I stepped foot in the classroom Mrs Starch shouted at me, "And why are you late Kyla!" "I-I uh...."

"Ah Mr. Lawrence, am I correct?" he i mean she...no he....ok ya know what? IT says "Uhh yes...ma'am?"

"And now I and the rest of the class have been waiting for you to grace us with your prescence and you stand there stuttering...you know what! Detention! After school! Now sit in your seat!!"

I blush and quickly hurry to my seat

"Whats so funny?" i ask then i remembered no one really knows her/his gender

The bell rings and I let out a sigh of relief, as I walk out the classroom I could hear the teacher shout, "REMEMBER TO GO TO DETENTION THIS AFTERNOON!" Wow, why don't I just carry a sign saying detention

i get up from my seat and heads for the cafeteria

I blush, I keep my head down and start walking to the cafeterria

i get my lunch and sits down

I pull my hoodie down, get some food and find a small, empty, table. I sigh sadly, I'm used to sitting on my own

i look up and sees the girl i get up and walks over to her "Hey uhh Kyla right?" i ask sitting next to her
