I drove along the back roads, enjoying the fresh breeze washing over my face. I loved the sense of absolute and pure freedom I got when riding my Harley. I felt like I could be king.

The dog pulled me down the street, until we got to the little dirt road he always dragged me down. I rolled my eyes, and followed behind the dog, trying to stay on my feet as he tugged me forward.

I drove with my eyes closed and opened them jut in time to see a person walking their dog. The person looked familiar. I put on the brakes and swerved so I didn't hit them.

I jumped back when the boy on the motorcycle it his brakes next to me. "Sorry, I didn't see you." I kept my head down, and my sleeves pulled over my hands. The dog ran up next to the boy.

I looked at the person. It was that girl that waved at me. I smiled and looked down at her dog. "Nice dog," I said. "What's his name?"

"Gunter." I told him. Gunter sniffed around, then started to tug me forward again.

"Can I pet him?" I asked her, getting off my bike.

"Ya, sure. I tug the dog back towards me, and Gunter jumps up at the boy.

I smile and bend down on my knees. I shake the hair out of my face and pet the dogs soft fur. I laugh. "You know? I've always wanted a dog."

I smile. "You can have him. All he ever does is drag me around and pee everywhere." I say sarcasticly.

I shook my head sadly. "No, the orphanage I live at, it won't let me. And you don't ever want to mess with Helga."

"Oh." I wouldn't of suggested that if I knew that about the boy. "What's you name?" I asked him, trying to change the subject.

"Jonathan." I held out a hand for her to shake. "what's your name?"

"Um...Julia." (In the story, the girl would have gone to the same school as your character, then disapeered, so she wouldn't say her real name)
I looked at his hand, then pulled my sleeve over my hand hand and shook his. -
I shook her hand and smiled at her but her head was bent down. "May I see your face?"
