Both: o3o Because the people are richer, prettier, skinnier, and apparently superior to her. Lana is weak. The strong feed on the weak. They swoop in with their giant claw-like talons and tear her itty bitty weakened heart to shreds. Then they stoop down and help mend it, only to do the same thing as before.
Lananana is prey. Jewish, short, curvy, intelligent, middle class prey... The easiest kill. -
