I looked at her sleeping form. Love... -
I put my head against his shoulder, and hold his hand in mine. I had finally remembered the word, but all the running without rest left me to tired to keep awake.

Once she's asleep, and creep to the edge of the tent. I burst out silently and grip Nate's collar. I drug him out of Juliet's earshot. "How long have you been ease dropping?"

Nate: "I-I was just, um..." I struggled against Jerry, digging my nails into his hand.

I ignored his nails. "How long?!"

Nate: "J-just a few minutes!"

"What did you hear?"

Nate: "Nothing. I didn't hear anything. Anything useful, that is."

I gripped his collar. "You hurt her, I don't know what happened but you hurt her. You leave her alone." I let go.

Nate: I stumble back, then ran back up the stairs.
Juliet: I notice that Jerry isn't next to me anymore. I sit up. -
I watch him til he's out of site, then go back to the tent.

Juliet: "What's wrong?" I whisper.
Nate: I grumble as I go back upstairs, to my sleeping space. -
I hesitate, should I tell her? "Nothing," I lied. "Just went to get some water."
