"I have no idea," I said. It kept on getting bigger and I realized it was getting closer.

"we should probably run" I said still looking at it

"You think so?" I turned and ran out the room and down the stairs.

I ran after her.

I ran out the front door and across the street.

I followed.

I kept running until I was about eight blocks away. I stopped, breathing hard.

I stopped next to her "you okay?"

I took a deep breath and started to smooth out my breathing. "Yeah, I'm fine. You?"

"Yeah I'm okay"

I nodded. I looked back up at the sky. The light was closer than ever. "Omigod," I whispered.

I looked at the light.

"What the hell is that?" I couldn't take my eyes off it.

I don't know. It hit so I wraped my arms around her trying to protect her from the blast it made.

I buried my head in his chest. The blast it made knocked us both to the ground. I clutched his shirt.
