I just realized that one of my biggest fears is losing my autonomy. And I guess maybe that's one of the reasons why I don't like to let people help me. I don't like being told what to do. I prefer to do things as I decide is best for me. The thought of becoming practically debilitated even if only for a little while makes me feel terribly uncomfortable. And understatement.
