Physically, I'm screwed.
Mentally, I'm stressed.
Emotionally, I'm depressed and reliving trauma and trying not to get too dissociated, but I cant really focus. -
I need to go somewhere and not exist for a while. Sleep and then wake up to eat whenever I feel ready. I would deeply appreciate that. I do not feel I can handle anything else right now.

Still cant get into SIS and havent gotten an email since Friday. I feel like something is still going on and my school isnt telling me. Because my friend got an email from our "professor" stating that she needed my friend to resubmit her assignment to grade it, but our professor already graded it last Monday.
