I woke up and saw someone on my friends list on discord has their account wiped and set to default everything. I dont believe they deactivated it because they were just online a few hours ago. Deactivation takes longer than that to update. Either they broke discord tos and got nuked or they manually deleted their stuff and are actually just "playing dead" for shock factor to see who messages them.
I'm leaning towards the second one because they have a history of posting s--- for shock value just to get people to panic and check on them, from vague callouts to asking for money to suicide baiting. And it's f---ing annoying. So I just ignore it or report it in cases where it's clearly using self harm as leverage. Yesterday, their profile seemed normal enough. So I doubt discord did anything. Besides, their bf profile still mentions them in theirs. So I dont feel like it was deactivated. Unfortunately because of how this person acts, I can no longer trust that they are in genuine danger or distress because they would pull this s--- whenever they're bored and just wanted attention and would admit to it in the past. If I responded to "an emergency" they posted about, they'd just be like, "I'm bored lol".
So, no, I dont reach out anymore if something like this is going on. I'm sure they'll be back. And if they don't come back, honestly, I'm nit missing anything. I've been trying to interact with them and they reply with things like. "Oh. I'm just seeing this." But then don't actually talk. But when they have something they want to yap about, they send a wall of text and get offended when I dont reply back. -
Also, whenever I mention that im doing well, they seem to always flip out shortly after and do something like this or go dark or post attention seeking statuses. Like, is it so hard to just say. "I'm glad you're doing okay" even if you're not right now?
I do it all the damn time. -
A man just joined my LADS server, posted "I like THICC women" and expected himself to not get banned. This server is full of fem members. So, yeah. We're not a f---ing waifu shop where you browse and choose your waifu. I hate people.
I already knew something was up because he didnt pick any of the LADS-specific roles, and if you don't do that, why are you in a LADS server?
