I hate when coworkers gossip. What kind of industry do you work in?

I do not care for either of these new people. One tells the newest one stuff like she's been here a lifetime and always makes everyone else help customers while she does unimportant tasks, and the other is constantly yapping and not doing anything. And when they're together, they gossip and make fun of everybody who didn't make it here. I hate this place.
