im lowk super sore i had a hard skate sesh yesterday and thought id just brush it off but in spite of me my muscles decided they hate me
i can hardly move my legs today without feeling like im totally straining something
they weren’t super gnarly falls and they’re not bad bruises or anything but man my knee especially got totaled and it’s enough to want to take a break
it’s a bit of a bummer though because i was really wanting another sesh today on smoother ground for a few hours but it might just have to only be for an hour or less today -
