how do people even publish to spotify man??😠and apparently giving wav/mp3 files of music is dangerous but how else do we send it? i have spotify premium already but idk how to make a spotify profile to upload music

how in the world do people copyright/trademark their stuff? it costs money i think, but i also think we already have the rights to stuff we make so it’s not really a biggie

this guy offered to make me a Spotify profile and while it’s really nice of him im a bit hesitant since I don’t know him that great and also I might be trading my copyright, so I think ill figure out how to make a Spotify profile of my own so I keep my copyright and then just use a license so I can keep the music but allow him to use it with credit

i don’t really know the difference between distributors so ill just use distrokid and see if that’ll work

bro the comments are so nice holy crap😠and im about to buy the distrokid subscription!!! someone said to make it intro music for an album which is honestly a really great idea, buut an album would take a long time to make💔 i think its worth it if you love what youre doing though, i just need to start brainstorming ideas for what the album would even be
i have a very good idea, because the intro was a robot seeing a sunset for the first time, the rest would be with the robot exploring various themes. but i think albums have great potential for storytelling and usually are, so its just thinking of a story for the robot -
If you have room on your computer, there's the Magix Music Maker software. I use that for making music with midi instruments. It has a lot of choices and you can make your own instruments with the settings.
