Hi, you can call me NULL, _ERROR_ or Agent. I have a game that I started sketching for but kinda stopped due to lack of ideas and coding skills. What I thought of for now is a hundred different themed levels with each entities, pros and cons. The goal is to find and go down the hellevator and survive on the giant maps with the s--- you find to go down to hell. (level 101) Is anyone down to help?

This makes me think of Pixel Dungeon, if you've ever played it (kind of) -
tbh i got the motivation by watching doom eternal gameplay and lethal company gameplay at the same time. (I'm weird, don't judge)

So, I think it would be cool to do a maze-like dungeon crawler!
Do you want it FPS like Doom, side-scroller, pixelated? -
U don't need any big skills but it would be nice. All u really need is a lot of imagination, motivation and good will.

tbh i was thinking a more first person looter-shooter game (smth like lethal company but murder based. by that i mean that u have a chance against the enemies)

are you thinking of a singleplayer or multiplayer game? and will you just be playing as one main character, or will there be a story with side characters?

no story, just lore. mainly single player but an option to play with friends. (no public lobbies)

ok cool, i think it'd be a good start to think of how the main character got into the hellevator, for example were they cursed? did they make bad choices while they were living and sentenced to it? or did they stumble onto it on accident?

also, 101 different levels means 101 different kinds of monsters. or, at least mixing it up the combinations of monster hoardes you use per level
