  i of course will create an entity log but some will be reused a lot. for the lore I thought of the armaggedon struck the earth and all humans were taken to hell and placed in another dimension and frozen in time using a spell by satan himself (represented as a form changing orb of pure energy). The only way of freeing them is to kill the caster and ur the only one able to because u were the only one forgotten. also the earth is now a giant creepy forest with sometimes remains of civilisation. so u use the hellevator to go down to hell and litterelly kill satan himself.

  I think there should be a tutorial level on Earth (after Armageddon has taken place), then the actual game starts once you go down to the first level in the Hell-avator.
