I just introduced, but if you must know more, I am the captain of an army of witches known as the Bladeers. I am also a skilled witch in light and dark magic. My species is know as an Darkavonian, which most may say to resemble elfin dark angels. Have I said enough?

Not a question, but I'll comply.
Over hundreds of years ago, a war for territory started between the Avalonians, witches of light, and the Darklings, shadowshifting witches who harness the power of darkness to bend to their will. The sworn enemies got into a heated battle, and both sides were heavily wounded in the process. At some point, wounded Darklings and Avalonians alike fled from the battle and agreed to live in peace, away from the rest of the war. The two species mixed and became known as Darkavonians, which have grey magic. They may harness both dark and light magic, but very few Darkavonians now know how to do so. They usually end up being skilled only in one or the other. After this hybrid came to be, laws were placed in both divisions not to intermingle, which made Darkavonians outcasts to both Darklings and Avalonians. Away from both kingdoms, my people reside. We fight to live on. While the Darklings generally do not acknowledge our existence, the Avalonians target us and hope to purge us with their light magic. To them, we are "fallen angels", or "corrupt brotheren". Sadly, if they purge us, it tears apart our very being. It will destroy half of our essence and leave us lifeless.
So the army known as the Bladeers rose up to fight against the Avalonians.
Our captain, whom I once was second in command to, fell in battle against the Avalonians, so I became the leader. We only fight in times of necessity, but we also work as mercenaries since many of us have been trained to fight. -
