today i actually fully understood what the difference between lust and love is

fr but like i wish that i did because i dont even like it enough to try and improve it

LITERALLY- it’s like, i want to look different, i want to like my body, but i hate it so much i can’t even bring myself to help change it-

yess and its also partly bc im lazy and whenever i workout i get annoyed that im not seeing immediate results
