Is there a chance it could per say pass quietly? -
I mean when I do stress-eat, I always try to eat something healthy lol. Like yogurt or crackers

you'll be alright, but you gotta relax. stress can make nausea and stomach issues worse

You just have to be as quiet as possible, just pretend to be coughing or something

If I drink water will it make it pass quicker and I can just go to the bathroom a few times and it might be gone in a few hours maybe?
But if I’m nauseous I cant drink water too fast that on it’s own makes me nauseous sometimes -
cold water helps more. if you can do ice water thats best

Water can make my stomach hurt if it’s at once. You can take a few sips and then let it settle, rest a bit. You can keep sipping and resting until you feel better.
Also sit upright, it doesn’t help to lay down -
I don’t know where they keep the ice but I can look
I’m at my dads
God it’s 12:30 am
Might pull an all nighter
Or at least until it passes
I’m not sleeping until I haven’t felt nauseous for at least an hour that’s for sure -
laying down does help for the nausea. im not sure about helping with the root issue but it def helps with the symptom

Yeah, that’s normal. Try to get rest though. You don’t have to sleep, but try and turn off all devices (unless you need more help) and just close your eyes
