What’s your nightly ritual?
Mine is turning off my tv or gaming laptop. Shower if need be and brush my teeth(if I feel like it). Get on pjs and hop into bed(okay maybe roll onto my bed) and then have my phone charging while I look at my social media and watch some YouTube until I feel like OH s--- ITS 3AM. Then I go to bed and that’s it -
Depends on the day
School day 1:
Flop into bed, scroll forums and quietly lurk waiting for someone to come on until approx. 1am
School day 2:
Flop into bed and actually sleep
School day 3:
Same as school day 1 except when I get off I just kinda sit there until time to get ready for school at 6am. Causes- fact that I'm somniphobic, headaches, just plain feeling like s---
Weekends:
Same as school day 1 except after I get off GTQ I get on YT or my rpg pokemon until like 5am. Usually.
The Best Days (that i can't have except like over summer and stuff because it screws with my sleep schedule when I'm switching things around):
HA. BOLD OF YOU TO ASSUME I SLEEP ON THESE DAYS.
...and then I get so insanely tired after 3-4 days that I have to sleep for like 12 hours.
Disappointing. Used to be able to go a solid 6 days sometimes. -
I usually shower at night, and then i like to have a cup of tea before bed and set up my oil diffuser w whatever scent I'm wanting for the night. Brush my teeth after the tea ofc. I'll browse my phone for a bit in bed and then usually switch it off to do something else to unwind like read or lay there until I'm tired enough to fall asleep 💀

Shower sometime before 10 pm, get into my pjs, slip my phone into the waistband of my pants and go downstairs (I'm not allowed my phone in my bedroom when it's bedtime) check gtq and quote. If nothing interesting's happening, I go to sleep.

Either
A. Get ready for bed and then hang around on the Internet for an unhealthy amount of time and finally go to bed when I'm done
Or
B. Stop doing whatever I'm doing, brush my teeth and all the nighttime jazz, and pass out
