I don't want to get my blood drawn every 6 months mostly because when they check my cholesterol I'm afraid of what they might see

They're more concerned of my BP, but still I'd rather not know

Also the needles, that's a big part of it too.

I don't want to go to the doctors whenever it is bc every year my grandma says I eat pretty normally but I don't think I do and I don't want to be the person that says
"I haven't eaten a vegetable in over 5 years"
Or
"I haven't eaten more than one bite of a fruit in that same amount of time." -
The one thing I do like about my mom is that she at least takes it seriously when I say I think I have a problem

Because sometimes it do feel like I could literally be dying and my grandma would be like "ur good, I'm a nurse trust me."
But all my brothers have to do is cough once and it's like "omg get them to urgent care!!!" I'm obviously exaggerating, but I don't get it. -
