Why do they not give you an option for the OT? That's messed up cx -
yeah, it's a part of our contract. they can force us to work up to 6 days per week if the business needs it. for as long as i've worked there, this is the worst case of it. they used to never enforce this much overtime

but they technically can. and i technically can quit anytime, but i would be missing out on my severence package (at least $4000 and growing rn) so i think i'm gonna tough it out until the business closes its doors for good
