Observation NewbieCan you also ask him about recovering accounts. And not let accounts be deleted so easily by just being marked. I think deletion should only be allowed to do by GTQ guy himself.

You have no right to say that to anyone. I'd like to "shut up" some of the newbs here but I do not go intentionally mark their posts! No matter how much you hate someone you cannot go so far as to intentionally harm their account.
Moderators, deletion of spam, ect. -
I think recovering post times and the posts itself would actually be really important too.
