You seem to be doing fine. I don't see you much, but maybe it's because I don't look much. Overall I think you are trying your best. I think you need to get to know the new users more? That can make it easier to solve big issues. But yeah.

No one sees me much. While I do check back here frequently throughout the day, I rarely talk anymore. I can make an effort to get to know the newer users, but it doesn't help that most of them see me as intimidating or mean, and their kind of conversation bores me to tears.

Yes, you are bit intimidating to be honest. But it's type interesting. Well it's good that you check in. That was you actually know whats going on. As long as you do that you are fine.

I didn't know I was in thus thread. But si far you have been a good admin although like kalafan said you can be intimidating at times. At least byou can single handedly remove people's posts.

You seem like you're doing a good job, especially in that you check in, because if it were only as often as I see you post (like mentioned before) it might be a bit harder to say that.
