I think she is Luke's because did you see that control? He was defintley helping her trough the force.

Taking her interaction with Han Solo who married Leia ( Reys aunt ) if he realised that she was in fact Luke's it would explain a lot and so would the rey's interaction with Leia.
Also she has Luke's light saber. -
