Here let me give you steps on how to do it with a computer and phone.
For PC/Laptop
1. Open Seth's link ( or the next person's link to have the updated version of the notebook page.
2. Save the photo.
3. Go to the folder the saved photo is in.
4. Right click and select "edit".
5. Use whatever editing/drawing tool you have to write/type your name.
For phone/tablet
1. Open Seth's link ( or the next person's link to have the updated version of the notebook page.
2. Save the photo.
3. Download an app or something that will let you edit saved photos.
4. Open this app and write your name on the saved photo. -

I did on my tablet. All I did was edit it, uploaded it to the site and then pasted the link it gave me.
