I'm back from seeing Shrek the musical in Edinburgh.
I got a Fionna hair band.
It was really funny but it was so suggestive escepicly with Lord Farqaurd (?) at one point he started singing " I feel so pretty " and then song " and Gay " he meant it as happy but the position he was in was compromising ( his hands around the waist of another man and very low to the guys crotch and he kept lowering himself)
There was so many refrences to other things the first couple I noticed easily at welcome to Dunloc (?) at the end Lord Farquard and the citizens started singing this " You'll never bring me(him) Down" then Lord Farquard went " Oooooaao" and the stage went green , for anyone who's into theatre or seen Wicked that was a refrence to defying gravity.
During one scene puss in boots appeard at the top of the bored thing walking while donkey said " A cat wearing a hat and boots don't be ridiculous"
And few minute later a giraffes head popped up on the same thing ( after puss had walked of ) and started singing the first parts to circle of life ( the chnaging ) before dissapering.
I loved the parts with the dragon , her voice was extremely powerful and the drgaon puppet was so beautifully crafted and expertly painted I was fangirling ( cough username cough) at the end the voice actress came on at the Shrek and Fioanna wedding song thing and she was in a human-dragon coustume dancing with donkey.
All in all it was amazing the only bad parts were one of my brothers being annoying and the ( annoying and uneeded ) commentary by the dude behind me. So how are you all? -
Speaking of Edinburgh on my ipad there's a clock app and the first thing I added was Edinburgh since I knew that's in Scotland. The first day I had the ipad I did that.

I've seen clips on YouTube. The musical is pretty impressive. So is the soundtrack.

That sucks with coustumes and acting that great it certainly deserves to be on Broadway.

Yet "The Lion King" is still on Broadway. Guess Shrek couldn't compete with that.

I've seen both and as much as I loved both I did enjoy wicked a lot more but Shrek I enjoyed more than the lion king.
