Probably because Maryland sucks and I live in a not so nice part of Maryland where electrical repairs and updates and non-existant.
Last year we got out of school four times because the power went out. -

Maryland sucks ass .-. To be honest the schools look like actual prisons and at my school a kid went to jail for beating a cop

Marylands not that bad. But schools do look kik prisons. We don't have a ceiling. XD

It really does. It was soooooo much better in PA. The schools, at least. Most of the people and students were dicks though. Somehow, they managed to be more rude that Marylanders. I don't even know how.
As much I hate Maryland, I dislike PA more. -

We have bad flooding here because of the sewage systems. We barely have any. Is it like that over there?

Wtf Maryland? The high school down a few blocks from mine has a big hole in it because a bus crashed into the lunch room.
They still use the school though.

No, suprisingly our sewage system isn't that bad.
Except there's this one pipe that stinks up the whole corner near the middle school. And in the city they just dump everything into the bay .-. Poor fish. -
A lor lot of the waste is dumped into the Altamahal river, and our water comes from that river. It's just filtered. The fish have had mutations, and most of them have died. The water is brown-green now. It's terrible.
