Im not saying they have to be big, though.
I was thinking either Surgery or (as nanashi recommended) horomone therapy, but surgery always scares me and i hear it tends to look bad at old age. as for horomon therapy, i hear that has alot of risks to it, including things like blood clots and cancer of some sorts. -
Get implants. Those rubbery balls. Omg that sounded super wrong...

My suggestion would be breast implants, if you want your breasts to appear female-like.
If you don't want to do this, then take Estrogen Supplements, but consult an endocrinologist as these supplements do have other effects. It is not guaranteed that they'll work, but it's worth the try. -

Estrogen Supplements naturally 'grow/enhance' breasts. It's basically getting breasts, minus the surgery. THEY JUST GROW
