"Anniah!" A shrill scream came from the woods.
"I'm coming! Hang in there Misu!" A frail girl with bright green eyes and long black hair ran through the woods, pushing past tree branches not even paying attention to the cuts and scrapes on her body.
"Help me!"
Anniah came to a small cliff, watching two masked men holding a young girl with frightened blue eyes and short orange hair. The girl, also known as Misu screamed and struggled against the grip of the men.
"Let her go!" Screamed Anniah darting towards the men.
"You should of kept your promise, Kahn! We told you you were going to pay." One of the men said, dangling Misu off the cliff, her screams getting louder.
"Anna! Anna! Please help me...!" The frail girl had tears staining her blue eyes.
"I had to! I did not mean to... please! Let her go..." Anniah had tears in her eyes as she attempted at grabbing her only friend. The one who has been her forever. The two were the best of friends... never separated.
Before anything else happened, the man holding Misu let her go.
"If you say so." he said with a smirk as the girl fell down the cliff.
"NO!" Screamed Anniah running to the edge of the cliff.
"Anniah!" Misu screamed.
"MISU!" Anniah leaned over the cliff, gripping the girls hand, staring at her crying eyes.
"Anniah..." Misu breathed out, her hands starting to slip from Anniahs grip.
Anniah tried to pull up her friend, but her arm had a huge gash on it from the branch in the forest. The force caused blood to stain her clothes as she cried.
"Misu! Don't let go!"
Misu gave a weak smile, a tear falling down her face.
"Anniah... your the only person i've ever known who could care so much about someone like me-" Misu sighed.
Anniah stared at her, her vision blurry as she still attempted to pull up Misu.
"Misu..."
"Perhaps... this is for the better."
"No!"
"I love you Anniah... please stay strong for me. Okay?"
"DON'T GO!" Anniah screamed.
"Farewell... friend." With that, Misu let go.
Anniah watched in horror as her only friend fell further down. Down. Deep down to the ocean below.
"I love you too... M-misu..." Anniah screamed out and slammed her fists on the ground.
"Why... WHY!" She curled up in a ball. Tears blinding her sight.
"Why..." -
