and now for the less happy and adorable s---
I'm legitimately concerned about this guy. He's been hitting on me pretty aggressively since we met and he's really nice and constantly saying nice things about me, which I would normally take to mean he's a nice person. In his case, however, I'm very concerned that he's fake as hell and going to do something to hurt me. As often as he tells me he's going to "earn my trust" and "always be here", it sounds like he's saying what he thinks I want to hear. He probably thinks I'm stupid, just going to fall for this as long as he keeps repeating lines from romance movies or some s---. Or maybe he's being genuine and I'm just paranoid. I genuinely don't know and I'm really worried. If he actually is as nice as he acts, I don't want to lose him just because I can't trust a f---ing word he says, but I don't want to start trusting him just for him to f--- me over. This is so stupid. -
Ew. Sounds shady.
Ask him if he realizes how ridiculous he sounds. If he's embarrassed, he's probably legit. If he goes along with it, destroy him. -
If he goes along with it?
-
I'd watch him whenever he doesnt know your around, do some spy work. if he checks out as a cool guy who doesnt seem like a playboy or whatever by the end of the month (or two months if you feel like being extra cautious) then rad. if not, tell him to go f--- himself or some s--- like that.
-
If he's like "oh yeah I know" or "so you've noticed," then that's suspicious.
-
I don't know about that. I'm so confused about this. There's a lot of s--- factoring into this.
-
Oh. I guess that's understandable. I could try that.
-
then of course theres always the option of keeping a knife on you in case he ever does try to harm you
but its not recommended. :P -
But like... if he's genuinely just a really cheesy dude, go for it.
Uh yeah please don't bring lots of knives to work -
I already keep a knife on my person at all times, and it's not really physical harm I'm expecting from him.
...... -
is that even proper grammar? like, who decided it was okay and perfectly natural to say that in third person? "i keep a (so and so) on my person at all times" not like its relevant, though. i just wonder.
-
or maybe you should just fight him
-
I'm fairly certain that's perfectly valid english.
I dunno man -
I mean i know it is, but it just sounds... off, i guess. to me, anyways. :P
-
Sounds fine to me.
