No. When you have appendicitis or even your appendix bursts its different. You probably have appendicitis at the moment. Is it just pain on your left side and have you been throwing up?

I've been running around a bit too much and then I started cramping on my left side. :/

Yeah, unless you're unable to move at all, it's normal. The pains are from muscle growing.

It's not near my pelvic and stomach area, it's on the LEFT side of my stomach. -
It doesn't matter where it is. Trust me, it's happened to both me and my friend.

Whenever I get pains, I do what Sara suggested. And it successfully works.
