Imgflip is a website you can use to make gifs.

You can use it to do stuff with pictures too, but I use it for gifs.

It's what I used to make your DeviantArt icon, but that gif doesn't have a watermark.
But if it does, save the gif as a .gif file and go to GIFmagic. It has an option to make the background transparent. It might take away the watermark then. -

Yes, but you have to make an account to have the watermarkless gifs.
I have an idea, though.. I can upload the first part minus one frame, and then submit the second part on a different thing and just link it to the first. Not as effectful as having the whole gif at once but I despise watermarks. Then again, your site allows more than 100 frames..
