Although the new Smash is a bit disappointing. Dark Pit serves no purpose as he is exactly like Pit. Just with a bit more power. They didn't emphasize the fact that Dark Pit can fly on his own.
Yet they left out Chrom because he would be a copy of Marth. >_> Lucina's a copy of Marth, yet I think she has more power, too. -

Yeah, they made some characters too similar in SSB4... I would've loved another Xenoblade character. Namely Melia or Riki. Riki is an assist trophy, but he would've been a fun playable character.

There were a lot of characters people looked forward to. But some wouldn't fit in both Wii U and DS formats or they were clones of other characters. I'm sure more Xenoblade will be added over time, since the new game came out. At least I think it's new.

There were. I was excited for characters such as Palutena and Rosalina. I agree.
I hope so... A lot of Xenoblade fans want Melia as a playable character (I'm one of them, if you couldn't tell).
Well... Xenoblade Chronicles 3D was just a New 3DS remake of the original Wii game. There is a new game that has already come out in Japan, and is coming out later this year in North America. Xenoblade Chronicles X. Except it's a spiritual successor, and doesn't actually have characters from Xenoblade Chronicles.
I apologize for the paragraph of Xenoblade stuff. I'm a huge fan of the game. -
