Thread Topic: I had a breakdown in front of the whole school today.

I was supposed to make a speech about how awful bullying is and how we can stop it from going on at our school. Keep in mind my school is a K-12 Charter School so there were about a thousand kids there. I got up on the stage to make the speech and I totally spaced out. I was freaking myself out and the next thing I knew I sitting on the stage, sobbing and hyperventilating. I felt so dizzy and like I was going to pass out so I stood up and ran off the stage to the bathroom. My boyfriend stood up and ran after me. I stayed in the bathroom sobbing for a good hour and a half with him until I calmed down.
