@Ronnie Your friends miss you. Your family wonders what they could have done. Regular mourners at cemeteries (such as those who visit their deceased spouse) see the fresh grave, and feel a sharp pang at remembering how it felt personally, then see the young age on the headstone and are absolutely shocked and sad. Those you leave behind spend decades imagining what life would be like if you were still there. It's not fun.
