Like there's a bit in my stomach and my head is killing me.
But I don't know why.. -

These things occur randomly. Like when my stomach started hurting. All I did was lie in bed, and it went away. Nothing more.

Sleep slightly elevated, especially if you feel nauseated.

I just feel the way I do when I get anxiety, but I don't know what's causing it. -
Take deep breaths and try distracting yourself from being anxious/nervous or try reassuring yourself that there's nothing to be anxious about.

Breath, darling. Drink some water. Go outside, get away from people. Go somewhere cool. Take a warm bath. Get off your phone. Read a book, or just sit in the dark. Or focus on something small, something you don't actually have to focus on. Like braiding hair, or drawing lines randomly on paper, or folding and unfolding your hands. Listen to really soft piano music.

I'm in my room. It's nice and cool. I don't have my book that I was reading, I left it in Ms.Pittman's room. Some music would be nice..But I'm sick of pianos right now.
