Please. Please. I'm going to cry. I'm starting to feel empty again and my chest hurts and I don't want to do this again. I felt so good earlier. There was nothing wrong earlier and now I don't know what's happened, but I just got out of this and I don't want to go back already. What am I supposed to do?

Don't tell me to slow down. Oh my god. I don't know what's wrong or what I'm scared of and that's why it's a problem. I don't know what to do but I'm going to break down again if I don't do something and I can't ask my mother for help. I don't want to feel like this already, I've only had a day to feel happy.

Breathing isn't stopping it. My chest feels really empty and every time I breathe in it tries to come out sobbing and that's disgusting.

Ah, I see. Just cry it all out if you have to. Sometimes that helps. Clutch something and hug it close. I generally use a stuffed animal, but pillows work, too.
