That's his long lost sister, who was taken away by Sandy, because sandy was jealous of her beauty. When Sandy put her to the seagulls, she thought she would of died, but Babette was able to communicate with the Avians, and become their daughter. Years later, Babette comes below the sea, and meets her brother. They do not recognize eachother, and they start dating, and Babette holds Squidward's child from the party a week ago.
