One what type of character to make next for this group

I got the timid character
The elegant character with a side of morbid
And soon I'm gonna make the gentle giant that looks angry 24/7 and comes off intimidating

Sooo Im not sure which personality I should do next since I can only make 4 characters

I could go the a--hole route, the emotionless/indifferent character route, the intelligent route, The lazy route, the energetic route, self centered, the dork route
