  use this equation
  y=mx+b
  ex:y=3x+5
  the three before the x is the slope of three over one, up three over one. 5 is the point on the y axis called the y intercept. Tgat help?

  a. Find the slopes of each side.
  
  b. What do you notice about the slopes of opposite sides?
  
  c. What do you notice about the slopes of adjacent sides?

  I think you have to add and subtract the coordinates, then divide the answers. It's been so long since I did rise-over-run algebra.
