Your period is probably beginning to become regular. See when you first start it's all whack and irregular.

I'm not leaving. I was being serious. Sex gets rid of periods all together if you get pregnant.
Anyways. Try sitting up and pulling your legs up to your chest. Sitting up reduces the pain, something about not being flat always helps me. If you have a heating pad, use it. Otherwise, get something that you can make hot and set underneath your belly button where your hips end (ugh I dunno what you call that spot). Take Advil or whatever pan meds you have. Laying flat on your stomach might help too. -

take midol,pamprin,or ibuprophen
pulls ur knees to ur chest
if u feel hungry only eat regular cheerios,or toast,no milk.
sip on room temp water -
