also try laying on the floor,on ur stomach but with ur arms tucked under you putting pressure on ur stomach
i have been having periods for over 3 years -
*Facepalm* I guess I have to pull a f---ing website to prove women don't bleed in water.

Yes, but many women don't. That's why swimming on your period is fine. If you take showers you will still bleed tho.

Drink a lot of water, and if you have any Advil, or something like that, it helps. What also helps me is laying on my side, curling up, and putting a pillow or blanket on my stomach and hugging it.
