Most places are very cooperative with college schedules. If you're going to work off-campus, try to group your classes. That way, you can work for longer segments. If I might ask, why are you worrying about college if you're only 13?

Well, the people at school (teachers and counselors) have been working us to death. They're raising Wyoming's standers for working since I was in the fourth grade. So, when I was in the fourth grade I was learning fifth grade stuff, but now my brother (who's in the fourth grade) is doing linear equations! If they're raising the standards up like this I'm just afraid that I'll get too stressed at college and fail, so I want to make a plan.

Really? We went to Hershey's and... damn. We never get rain here, like... ever. Only in the mountains, but it saves all the precipitation until winter, then people get stranded and die. (okay, not ALL of them die, but there's a good chance you could get lost and starve to death xD JK)
