It actually is. As long as you have good time management skills, it's all good. Don't put studying off, don't let friends get in the way....
-
Homework is horrible.
-
Hmm, really? They make it seem so stressful at times.
It is horrible... f--- eight grade. Imma do what thirteen year olds do. haha jk I need a job. -
It can be, depending on your way of doing things and where you go.
-
Fb-No! Hang on to them things for never.
-
Any advice on what to do and not do?
-
I should be in 8th grade because of my age and I should maybe be in collage or at least 9 or 10th grade from what I've been told, because of how "smart" I am. I definitely am on 11th grade reading level so....
my core classes are Religion, English, Literature, Math, Science, Spanish and Social Studies (basically another way to say history. Don't know why they don't just call it history. ..) -
social studies and history are two different things Alek.
And just because you're at an 11th grade reading level doesn't mean that you can actually handle the work. You're where you're supposed to be, I'm sure. And age doesn't determine what grade you're in either. Your birth date does. -
Pay attention in class. Take notes- LOTS of them. If you see that your teacher is kinda older, sit towards the front. Pay attention to everything going on in the class. Find out who to talk to about assignments. Who understands the material? If your friends are taking too much time away from your schooling, take a break from them; this is more important. Work hard, focus on what you want. Take advantage of tutoring if you need it, computer labs, the library. All that is there to help you, don't neglect it.
Do not be passive about classes. You're paying for this, make it worthwhile. Don't sass teaches too much, and don't nag. Turn in assignments on time. Don't skip class. Make friends in each class that you can all to and study with.
Just be a "good" student. But have fun, because there's no point in doing something if you don't enjoy it. -

Fb-I hate school at times.
-
KK, I shall copy these down in my mind ^-^ Thanks TenTen
Question: how long have you been in college? -
Mm, anytime. Glad to help ^^
-
when you were born compared to the current year is your age...
not my point. Yeah I'm sure the workload is way worse but at least I'd be LEARNING SOMETHING. the teachers always say "your parents didn't send you here to talk all day. they sent you here so you could learn, so be quiet and listen to what I'm saying!" Well obviously that statement means nothing since everything they teach I knew before I even went to school there
and what do you mean they're two different things? We're learning Texas History in our Social Studies class kinda connects 'em -
HP: Same here. I ghuess everyone does every once in a while. At least we're going to get a good job out of it... hopefully.
