Then teach them instead of talking about how bad they are behind their backs. If they want to start, why not show them how to properly do it? They're not going to learn if no one tells them what to do. Plus, I'm pretty sure that no one is great their first couple of times.

I, for once, actually agree with Anime and Megan. It doesn't help to talk about somebody behind their backs and start drama so late (oh, well, where I am). We don't need it right now, talk to them privately instead of bringing it out here.
